We respond to all emails Monday-Fridays from 9 am -5 pm EST time. Emails and inquiries made after work hours on the weekends will receive a response on the next business day. 

 

HOW DOES THE DESIGN PROCESS WORK?

The design process starts with a consultation call to discuss your needs and our services. After the call, you can expect a proposal and quote within 24-72 hours. No pricing will be provided during the consultation.

 

Once you receive the proposal, you can either approve it and receive your deposit invoice or schedule a follow-up call to discuss details. Upon agreeing on the project scope and payment plan, you will sign a service agreement and submit your project intake form.

All required content, photos, and verbiage must be submitted by the deadline. Once the designs are completed, you’ll review and provide feedback. After final approval, we will send over the project files and transfer ownership of your website once full payment is received.

DO I HAVE TO BE A WOMAN, FAITH-BASED BUSINESS OR CHRISTIAN TO BOOK WITH 4:10 BRANDS? ​

No! While women and faith-based businesses are our niche, we work with clients from all backgrounds and industries. As long as you don’t mind us talking about God and praying over your business, you’re welcome here. Fair warning—you might mess around and get saved, so enter at your own risk!

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS
Yes, we offer Sezzle financing and in-house payment plans.

Does the project have to be paid in full to begin the design process? 

No, we begin the project at the time of the deposit payment. A 30-50% deposit is required to secure your booking and begin your design process. ​

The Discovery Coaching Call is for women seeking clarity on their Kingdom purpose. It’s ideal if you have a vision but need help shaping it or defining the next steps to make your ministry a business. During the call, we’ll discuss your purpose, your audience, and how 4:10 Brands can support your mission with tailored branding services. You’ll also receive guidance and prayer for the vision God has given you.

HOW MUCH SHOULD I PLAN ON INVESTING IN FULL BRANDING AND WEB DESIGN FOR MY BUSINESS?
For a full branding project and website, the investment starts at $1,200. We offer customizable packages based on your specific needs.

DO YOU HAVE A REFUND POLICY IF I DON’T LIKE THE FINAL OUTCOME OF MY PROJECT?
No, we do not offer refunds. However, we maintain full communication throughout the entire process, and there are multiple previews, and three rounds of edits included in all bookings. Rest assured; we will get it right!

ABOUT HOW LONG DOES THE BRANDING PROCESS TAKE?
Depending on the scope of your project and our project queue the branding process can take anywhere from 3 to 6 months. We prioritize thoroughness and attention to detail to ensure a high-quality final product.
