Out with the Old, In with the New: The Rebirth of 4:10 Brands

There comes a point in life when everything shifts, when you realize, you’ve been called to something much greater than you ever imagined. For me, that moment came when I got saved and recommitted my life to Christ. My life was transformed from the inside out, and I knew immediately that God had a new plan for me (well it's always been his plan I just finally got on board), one that was rooted in my faith and His Kingdom.

For years, I worked under Brands by MK—a business I created in 2021 to make money, driven by ambition, but without a true sense of purpose. The truth of the matter was I was now pregnant and was going to be a single mom and I just didn't want a traditional 9 to5. The success felt good at first. I enjoyed helping people transform their brands and I was satisfied with it until I wasn't. Once I got saved, I quickly realized something was missing. I all of a sudden no longer felt fulfilled in what I was doing and I wanted OUT!

When you read the word of God, he clearly instructs us on what our mission (all of us as believers) is and what our job is. It says it clear as day in Matthew 28:19 "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit," and chile I just wanted to go and save some souls - and I couldn't do that (at least I thought) from behind the computer making websites.

At first, I resisted. I was ready to through the whole business away. I thought I had to walk away from branding altogether in order to follow my new path. I wanted to dedicate myself fully to saving souls. But through prayer and guidance (by my Coach Ashanti), the Holy Spirit showed me that I was my ministry and every time I opened my mouth it was ministry. My skills and talents as a brand strategist were not separate from my ministry—they were a part of it. Using my God-given gift as a tool to help other women use their God-given gifts to serve His Kingdom.

That’s when 4:10 Brands was born.

1 Peter 4:10 says, “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.” This scripture has become the cornerstone of 4:10 Brands. I’m no longer just building brands; I’m helping women build their Kingdom purpose through branding. I’m here to help Christian women, influencers, and faith-based businesses discover, develop, and deliver their unique gifts to the world.

My mission is simple:

4:10 Brands exists to help Christian women create purposeful brands and impactful web designs that glorify God without compromising their vision or gifts.

My vision? To see women boldly step into their calling, using their gifts to further the Kingdom and make an impact, all while building businesses that reflect the beauty, strength, and purpose God has placed within them.

The shift from Brands by MK to 4:10 Brands isn’t just a rebrand—it’s a rebirth. It’s a declaration that this is more than a business; it’s a ministry, a mission to help other women embrace their calling and use their gifts to change the world. If you’re a Christian woman ready to take your brand and business to the next level while staying true to your faith, you’re in the right place. I’m excited to walk this journey with you.

Out with the old, in with the new. This is 4:10 Brands. Together, we will create brands that are not only successful but significant in His Kingdom.
